Travel Arrangement
International flights connecting Surabaya and overseas are by direct flight to Surabaya from several cities such as Singapore, Hongkong, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Baru, Taipei, and Bandar Sri Begawan. Coming to Surabaya can also be taken trough Jakarta International Airport and Denpasar International Airport, then taking domestic flights to Surabaya. Organizing committee is assisted by ”Abxx Tour” for assisting participants to go to Surabaya and returning from Surabaya. It is assumed that participants and by ”Abxx Tour” are responsible for any risk associated to the agreement between participants with the ”Abxx Tour”. For those who want to arrange their own travel, are advised to report their travel schedule to the organizing committee.
