Agro Tourism: Wonosari Tea Plantation
This old tea plantation is located on the back of Arjuna Mountain, in Malang, East Java, It is about 80 km from Surabaya, 950-1,250 m above sea level with temperature of 19-26 Celcius degree. Wonosari tea plantation has been one of a major destination for tourist when visiting East Java. During the colonial days, this plantation was run under the dutch east indiest companies (VOC). Nowadays it is under the management of state owned company, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II.
This tea plantation are known for its plantation phanorama. It suits for family vacation destination. In the plantation, there are hotel (it was an old building for dutch officer) .
