Organizing committee has appointed a travel agent ”Abxx Tour” to assist participants for local transport arrangement
Transfer Airport-Hotel
Participants arrived at the airport should report to EAST desk at international terminal and domestic terminal. Upon registration at terminal, local staff will transfer participants to respective hotels. Transfer from airport to hotel arranged every hour. Participants who want to use this facilities need to register prior to arrival in Surabaya through EAST2009 website. Participants who want to arrange their transport by themselves, regular taxi and limousine are available at international and domestic terminal. Local staff will show the taxi counters.
Within the conference
Shuttle bus from respective hotels to conference venue are provided in the morning at 08.00. And the bus will return to hotel at 17.30. Bus also available for welcome dinner and farewell party.

City taxi is available at the conference venue, and phone order is also available.
